Leucorrhea (White Discharge from vagina) is a very common symptom apart from bleeding, itching and so many other things. In any of these such cases, we should always seek help immediately before the disease progress do not treatable. However the discharge is more , different than watery then need immediate attention, so in case of any problem immediately contact your doctor.
